Terms and conditions of Creature Comforts Pet Sitting Service.
1. The client accepts the terms and conditions listed below including any mentioned on relevant pet sitting forms upon the clients signature and you agree to indemnify Creature Comforts against any loss or damage however caused unless the loss or damage is due to negligence.
2. The client will ensure that there is suffcient litter, bedding and food available for the duration of the contract. If food or other supplies have to be bought in then the client will be responsible for reimbursing Creature Comforts on production of a receipt.
3. Creature Comforts will at your request provide grocery staples such as bread and milk to be available on the clients return; the client agrees to reimburse Creature Comforts on production of a receipt.
4. A daily log will be kept at the clients house, detailing times of visits, observations made etc.
5. Creature Comforts will not accept any responsibility for injury, loss or death of cats (or other animals) that are permitted to use a cat flap. We advise that cats are kept in the house during the duration of the owners absence as the use of a cat flap could increase the risk of straying, accidents or damage.
6. All cats over 6 months of age, must be neutered and fully vaccinated. Flea and worming control must also be up to date.
7. All small animals and birds must be free of mites and other contagious conditons and in good health.
8. Creature Comforts will, if an illness or emergency arises, use the client's vet when possible or at our discretion we will use our own vet to seek medical attention for the animal(s). We will attempt to make to contact with you or the nominated emergency contact in order to inform you of the condition and to seek approval for treatment. You agree that Creature Comforts will act reasonably on your behalf and we will authorise any medical care that the animal needs on your behalf and we will at all times follow the vet's advice. The client will be responsible for payment of vet fees direct with the vet practice.

NOTICES AND CANCELlATIONS
1. At least one months notice of cancellation must be given, less notice will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a £30 surcharge. If weekly clients wish to cancel due to illness etc, then as much notice as possible on the day would be appreciated. In the event of Creature Comforts having to cancel then as much notice as possible will be given.
Payments
1. Bookings are subject to a deposit of 10% of the total fee or £30 whatever is the greater. We cannot accept bookings without the booking fee. The bill will be paid in full upon the receipt of the house keys unless otherwise agreed upon. Additonal costs valued at an extra vist will be made if another call has to be made for late payment.

only.
Security and Confidentiality
1. Insurance, please notify your insurers that someone will be visiting while you are away.
2. All data will be stored in accordance with the data protection act and the details will only be used in order to care for the household pets. Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Keys will be stored securely and will not be marked with the clients name or address.
